Just picked up my daughters 2010 Honda Accord from Ed at Ballenger's Auto Body in Carthage. Best body shop experience I have ever had. No fancy showroom, no comfortable waiting room and it is a bit out of the way from Lebanon, but none of that matters. Great job at a very fair price. Couldn't be happier with the work or the people. Ed looked at my car in Lebanon on Tuesday and we got the car back on Friday (same week). Amazing. Highly recommend giving Ed a call.

Serpentine belt broke on my explorer on labor day in a parking lot. Called and they were open, he even came out with a trailer to tow my vehicle to his shop. Him and his employees did the repair right there on the trailer and had us up and going in no time. Super nice people, very reasonable price. Much appreciated!

I recently had my engine replaced by Ballenger Auto Repair. They did such a wonderful job. I am so grateful for the owner’s help. He came and picked me and my brother up when we were stranded on the side of the road. He gave us an honest price on a new engine and did above and beyond the work required to get the job done. I HIGHLY recommend this business. They do excellent work and the owner is a great guy to do business with. :) When I came to pick up my explorer he even had the outside cleaned and polished the wheels. It looked like a brand new vehicle inside and out. He kept me informed every step of the way while replacing the engine and troubleshooting any issues. I am so happy with the quality of work done. 100% recommend this business to anyone in the area who needs auto work done.

I am not sure how good their work is but they helped my son and his buddy that were stuck on the side of the road. They were turned down by one auto shop down the road because they were "done for the day". These boys are 20 yrs old. They were headed out camping and 3 hours from home. It was late in the evening and it was 100 degrees outside. So in my eyes, this place is 5 stars!!! Pretty sure they were also there past closing time so THANK YOU for getting them going again

Edwin and his workers are professional and they took care in providing a quality repair. He fixed my 35 year old hot rod that needed lots of body work and fresh paint. I was able to check in on progress during the repairs and always felt welcome when I would stop in. The car came out looking glossy and as new when he was done!

My vehicle had been bent beyond repair. Edwin told me that the repairs could cost anywhere between 8 - 10 grands. Besides other body shops had said that it would be impossible to get the car repaired.

I ended up paying a total of 2400 dollars; at the end my vehicle looked like new. Edwin fixed my vehicle with skill and craftsmanship that even the car makers could not match.

My final verdict: Edwin deserved my business. Not because of some window dressing but because he did the job he stated he would do and did it well

Edwin was very professional and helpful not to mention the best prices in smith county tennessee in general he is on time accurate with his work and keeps you updated . Even stayed at night to fix it so I could make it to work in the morning 5 stars isn’t enough 10 out 10 recommend

Needed the fairing on my Road King repaired from stress cracks in the fiberglass, repainted and clear coated. The quote was fair but the results were great. Looks new again. Turned it around faster than I thought they would. I'd use them again in a second.
